Job Description
GCB Agency Recruitment is seeking a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator for an ambitious, successful independent estate agency in King's Lynn. The role covers full lettings process, viewings, tenancy offers, and landlord/tenant relationships.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, with a competitive salary (£20,000-£22,000 base, £32,000-£34,000 OTE) and a Monday-Friday schedule with alternate Saturdays.
