Senior Lettings Negotiator - Lead Landlords & Growth (Company Car)

PEAR Recruitment in London area is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their Crouch End team. You will manage the lettings process from enquiry to move in, build landlord and applicant relationships, conduct viewings and negotiate offers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years lettings experience, leadership skills and a professional, target driven approach. The role offers a salary of £26,000 with OTE £45,000-£50,000 and a company car, working hours as stated.
