Essentials: 3+ years experience in Residential Lettings & Property Management; capable of winning new business; PSRA Licensed; Full Driving License & Personal Vehicle
Location: South Dublin
Salary: €40,000 - €55,000
Package: Commission (10%/15%); Pension; Phone; Mileage; Bonus structure; Quarterly social events

• Manage a portfolio of 240 residential properties, ensuring high standards of service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual landlords.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day property management tasks, including maintenance and tenant communications.
• Conduct property viewings and manage the lettings process from start to finish.
