Senior Lettings Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Lettings Manager to join our client, a well-known and expanding Estate Agency in the Camberley area.

As a Senior Lettings Manager, you'll be required to work full-time.

The successful Senior Lettings Manager will be offered:

• Basic salary up to £33,000
• OTE £50,000

To be considered for the role, you must have:

• Experience in a senior lettings role
• The ability to list properties to the market
• The ability to sell company services and close deals
• Strong listing and negotiating skills
• The ability to drive the division forward and coach/train the lettings team
