• Basic Salary: £22,750 (with guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £31,150)
• Realistic Earnings: £34,000
• Car Allowance: £2,000
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Job

• Start your day with updates at the morning meeting.
• Create a welcoming experience for customers, whether they're renting or letting.
• Present and negotiate offers, assisting in progressing and managing the process.
• Identify new leads and generate business to boost performance.
• Prospect for new properties, arrange viewings, and book appointments for additional services (i.e., mortgages).
• Split time between the office and viewings, making each day exciting and varied.
• Valuing and listing properties to let.

The Person

• A minimum of 1 years' Lettings experience and 6 months valuation experience essential.
• Positive, driven, and ready to make things happen.
• Eager to develop and learn something new every day.
• Genuine care for customers and their journey.
• Full driving licence and your own car.
• Ambitious, self motivated, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
