The Role

We are recruiting a Senior Legal Technologist to join a well-established legal innovation team delivering technology-led solutions for complex legal matters. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with responsibility for configuring legal tech platforms, supporting AI-enabled delivery and leading project work.

What You'll Do

• Lead delivery of legal tech solutions for client matters
• Configure tools such as HighQ, AI review platforms, trackers and dashboards
• Scope requirements with lawyers and stakeholders
• Support automation, reporting and data insights
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Provide guidance to junior team members

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering legal technology projects in a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong hands-on experience with HighQ and related legal tech tools (eg Kira, Legora, automation platforms)
• Confident working with lawyers and clients
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
