Senior Legal Manager Opportunity at V-Green Global Charging Station Development Company

• Collaborate with various divisions within the Legal Department to provide legal guidance on business operations across the company and its subsidiaries (if applicable).

• Develop, update, and maintain a system for delegation of authority, authorizations, and assignments across the organization.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements in all operational activities.

• Offer legal consultation and review of commercial, labor, and economic contracts to mitigate risks.

• Monitor and manage periodic and ad hoc reporting requirements to regulatory authorities relevant to the legal and compliance departments.

• Lead, organize, and oversee all legal affairs of the company effectively.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in law; holding a legal practice certificate is a plus.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in legal advisory or compliance roles.

• At least 2 years of proven experience in leading legal teams and managing legal functions.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian law, especially in areas like corporate law, foreign investments, labor, construction, commercial contracts, environmental law, land use, M&A, and dispute resolution. Experience in the EV charging or electricity supply sector is advantageous.

• Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and a results-driven work ethic.

• High sense of responsibility, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to take initiative without relying on others.

• Strong focus on delivering quality and efficiency in all legal tasks.
