Senior Legal Counsel - Planning & DCO Lead

Heathrow is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to work with the Head of Legal (Planning) on shaping the legal planning strategy for the airport's expansion. You will secure complex planning consents and influence policy at local and national levels, acting as a trusted advisor to the expansion programme and related teams.

The role requires DCO experience from pre-application to post-consent, including advising on compulsory acquisition, landowners, and environmental regimes.
