Economic Laws Practice (ELP) is expanding its Data Privacy, AI Regulatory, and Technology Law Practice, and we are looking to onboard a Senior Associate (4-5 years PQE) who is keen to build a future facing practice in one of the fastest evolving areas of law.

• A valid law degree and license to practice in India.
• 4-5 years of post qualification experience at a reputed law firm or in house team.
• Strong experience in data privacy compliance (policies, notices, vendor assessments, breach processes).
• Exposure to AI/tech regulatory advisory, platform frameworks, or technology contracts is an advantage.
• A self motivated, independent, and research driven mindset with the ability to work in an evolving regulatory ecosystem.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, simple manner.
