We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Assistant to join our New Homes Purchase Team based in our Grantham office.

We are seeking an individual who ideally holds secretarial qualifications, a degree in Law (desirable), or has equivalent relevant professional experience. Full training will be provided, but a genuine interest in the legal profession is essential.

This role will support our New Homes Purchase Team at our Grantham office and will involve handling new build purchase matters alongside routine domestic conveyancing work. The role includes direct client contact, and the Senior Legal Assistant will be expected to deal confidently and professionally with initial client enquiries. They will therefore need to ensure they remain up to date with matters within their areas of responsibility.
