About Maharashtra State Security Corporation

The Maharashtra State Security Corporation (MSSC) is a statutory body established by the Government of Maharashtra under the MAHARASHTRA ACT No. VI OF 2010, which came into effect on 19th April 2010. The Corporation was set up with the objective of creating a security force dedicated to providing enhanced protection and security to offices of the State and Central Government, Public Sector Undertakings, as well as Educational, Financial, and Medical Institutions.

About the Job

MSSC, Mumbai, invites expressions of interest for the position of Legal Advisor. The role requires an individual with substantial experience in managing cases across various courts such as High Courts, Magistrate Courts, Industrial Courts, Labour Courts, among others.

Eligibility Criteria Essential Qualification

1. A graduate degree in Law from a recognised university.
2. Registration with the Bar Council of India.

Experience

1. A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience/practice as a lawyer in different courts.
2. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in civil matters and experience working with Government, Semi-Government bodies, or Corporations.
