Senior Lean Manufacturing Production Manager

CSP in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced leader to oversee the production department, driving on-time delivery, cost control and first-pass quality across high-volume manufacturing of advanced composites.

You will develop and monitor schedules, enforce SOPs, apply Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste, mentor supervisors, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality and logistics to resolve issues.
