Senior Leader: Quality, Safeguards & Service Improvement

Southampton City Council is seeking a Head of Service on a job-share basis to lead the People, Practice and Statutory portfolio within Adult Social Care. The role requires strategic thinking, partnership work and the ability to drive improvement across safeguarding, workforce development and engagement with residents and carers.

You will share accountability with the existing Head of Service and influence service design and outcomes across complex systems in a high-profile environment.
