Senior Leader, Family Help & Adolescent Practice

Harrow Council's Children's Services is seeking a strategic, resilient Head of Service - Family Help with an Adolescent Practice Lead to shape and lead the Family Help system. The role spans safeguarding, youth justice, and cross agency partnerships to deliver timely, proportionate support for vulnerable children and families.

You will translate strategy into delivery, using data to improve services and outcomes, while developing managers and practitioners in a complex, fast paced environment.
