Senior Leader, Children's Services Care

Medforce is recruiting for a senior leader to assume the role of Person in Charge (PIC) in our established children's services. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver compliant services.

The role requires experience in senior management within children's residential or related settings, with strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to manage complex care planning and stakeholder
