Job Summary

As a Senior Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible from Inception to designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions that align with business goals. You will lead architecture efforts across multiple domains, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams through complex solution lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design of enterprise-grade solutions across cloud, infrastructure, applications, domain and data.
• Develop architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and integration strategies.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and IT governance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements; translate business needs into technical solutions and present them to stakeholders.
• Project Leadership: Oversee solution implementation, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence; provide technical leadership to development and engineering teams; mentor junior architects and engineers.
• Technology Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies; drive innovation and continuous improvement in architecture practices.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and operational standards; integrate cybersecurity principles into architecture design.

Preferred Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Banking, Cards, Lending domain
• TOGAF, ITIL, Design Thinking or similar enterprise architecture frameworks
