Our client, a global OneStream vendor and leader in digital transformation and enterprise performance management, is seeking to expand their services in the UK. They are now keen to bring on board a visionary Lead Architect with deep expertise in OneStream to join their team and shape the future of finance technology.

The Role

As Lead Architect, you will bring a deep understanding and hands-on experience in implementing OneStream solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide technical design, and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions that meet complex business needs. This is a hands-on leadership role where innovation meets execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the architectural design and delivery of OneStream solutions across enterprise clients
2. Define best practices, standards, and governance for OneStream implementations
3. Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architecture
4. Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business goals
5. Stay ahead of industry trends and OneStream product updates to drive innovation
6. Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and technical presentations

What they're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Lead Architect or Senior Consultant in EPM or CPM platforms
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream, including design, configuration, and deployment
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes
• Expertise in data integration, performance optimisation, and cloud architecture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead and inspire technical teams in a fast-paced environment
• OneStream certification is a plus
