As a Senior Lead and Business Partner within our newly established Transformation and Change team, you will work at the heart of organisational transformation. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will help design and improve services, ensuring they are evidence led, user centred and aligned to our future operating model.

You will lead complex business design and analysis activity across major transformation initiatives, bringing together operational, digital and policy colleagues to solve challenging problems and deliver meaningful improvements for the people who use our services.

This is a unique opportunity to help build a new capability within COPFS, influence how services are designed across the organisation and play a key role in delivering long term change across Scotland's prosecution service.
