Job Description
Role - SeniorLandscape Architect Location - Birmingham Salary - £40 - 45K Our client is a consultancy of Landscape Architects and Designers who work in the areas of residential, educational, commercial, leisure, healthcare, retail and public sector development. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit aSeniorLandscape Architect to join their Birmingham studio. Ideally, any SeniorLandscape Architect that is considering applying will have aptitude for the technical aspects of landscape design, design detail and /or an understanding of green infrastructure. You will apply your experience to deliver high quality landscape and public realm projects and able to work on your own initiative from a project management perspective or likewise within the wider team. SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 
- A Degree/Post Grad Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Passion for design with the ability to work in a supportive, collaborative environment
- Experience of running/managing large scale landscape projects
- High level of technical skill and experience of successful project delivery
- Good freehand drawing skills
- Advanced computer skills, to include 3d software packages
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills
- Good report and specifications writing experience
- Ambition to help shape a growing studio
- Good knowledge in detailed design, planting and construction
- Able to develop and evolve innovative and practical ideas
