Senior Land Manager, NW: Lead Acquisition Strategy

Cobalt is recruiting for a Senior Land Manager to lead the full land acquisition lifecycle in the North West. You'll identify opportunities, conduct appraisals and progress transactions through to exchange with support from an in-house team.

As a senior, you'll mentor junior colleagues and travel regularly to prospective sites, working closely with the Land Director on regional strategy and targets.
