Job Description

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Senior Land Manager to oversee the full acquisition lifecycle in the North West. You will identify opportunities, evaluate sites and lead negotiations with stakeholders, supported by in-house planning and legal teams.

Autonomy to drive the regional strategy, with a focus on mentoring junior colleagues and delivering strong site results. Regular travel and a UK driving licence are expected.
