Job Description
East West Railway Company seeks a Land and Property Acquisition Manager to lead a cohesive team delivering land and property for the DCO. You will oversee compensation, governance, risk, and supplier performance to ensure timely land assembly for the Oxford-Cambridge corridor.
You will chair compensation reviews with external advisers, liaise with landowners and regulators, and drive delivery milestones while maintaining value for public money and governance alignment.
