  • Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services including Lambda, ECS Fargate, EC2, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
  • Contribute to event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging technologies.

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders, taking ownership of features from design through to production.

What You Will Ideally Bring

  • 10+ years' experience in Java Back End development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java 11 or above, ideally Java 17.
  • Extensive experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and core Spring frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of concurrency, Multithreading, and Java design patterns.
  • Strong hands-on AWS experience, including serverless and container-based architectures.
  • Experience with Kafka or other message-based systems.
  • Strong database experience with complex SQL and enterprise databases such as DB2 or Sybase, plus some NoSQL exposure.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.
  • Strong testing background including JUnit, integration testing, and TDD.
  • Experience working in Agile, enterprise-scale, regulated environments.
