Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with 8+ years of experience to develop and maintain enterprise-scale applications in an Agile environment. You will design and build Java-based microservices, develop REST APIs, collaborate with Business Analysts and Testers, and deliver high-quality solutions using modern CI/CD practices on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Microservices-based applications.
• Design and integrate REST APIs.
• Review Jira stories and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Testers, and Developers.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS.
• Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow TDD and best practices.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Java development experience.
• Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.
• Microservices, REST APIs, PostgreSQL.
• AWS, Docker, Jenkins, Maven, Git.
• JUnit, TDD, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira, Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Angular & TypeScript.
• Spring Cloud, ActiveMQ.
• TestContainers, Mockito, SonarQube.
• Grafana, Prometheus, SOAP.
• Public Sector project experience.
