Senior ITGC & SOX Lead for IPO Readiness

Volta is seeking an Associate Director/Senior Manager to lead IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX for IPO readiness. You will scope, design and test controls across Volta's IT landscape, reporting to the VP, SOX and Internal Controls, ensuring a strong, sustainable control environment.

This hands-on role partners with IT and finance teams to implement controls, remediation, and ISO/SOC 2 alignment, while building the ITGC/SOX capability and managing senior stakeholders globally.
