Senior IT Support Technician

Our client, a leading hospitality group, seeks a skilled Senior IT Support Technician for its three luxury properties. This full-time role requires strong technical skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and applications (including MICROS POS & Oracle Opera).
• Server administration (WS2016+), network management, and security.
• AV system maintenance.
• SOP development and maintenance.

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience in IT support (hospitality preferred).
• Third-level IT qualification.
• Expertise in Windows 11 Pro, Active Directory, firewalls, and virtualization.
• Experience with Veeam Backup.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
