Job Description:
Join Prism Digital as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, working directly with the Founder to drive new business and strategic growth. This role focuses on expanding the client base across Cloud, Platform, and DevOps, supported by an established brand, rich database, and extensive network. You'll have the freedom to shape your career path-whether as a top-performing individual contributor or a future team leader as the business scales.

• Drive new business development, winning clients and expanding accounts across IT, with a focus on Cloud, Platform, and DevOps.

• Deliver top-tier recruitment services for roles in Cloud/Platform/Infrastructure, Development, Data, QA, and Project/Programme Management.

• Contribute strategically to business expansion, bringing hunger, ambition, and ideas to maximise earnings and company growth.

The ideal candidate:

• Has proven experience in IT / Technology Recruitment with a strong track record in new business development and client acquisition.

• Brings an extroverted personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for building long-lasting professional relationships.

• Shows exceptional work ethic, energy, ambition, and a drive to achieve top billing-never settling for mediocrity.
