On behalf of Computershare, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (AI & Technology Delivery) for a 12 Months contract based in Bristol (Hybrid - 3 times per week in the office).

Join us as a Senior IT Project Manager (AI & Technology Delivery).
We're looking for a Senior IT Project Manager who can hit the ground running, maintain delivery continuity across the Plans Portfolio, and drive several AI-focused initiatives that form part of a major strategic programme. You'll work closely with CIO, PMO, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Own the delivery of multiple technology projects across the Plans Portfolio.
• Ensure all governance, RAID management, planning and reporting align with CTS/organisation frameworks.
• Copilot extensions and integrations
• Development of internal chatbot and digital assistant concepts.
• A strong understanding of emerging tech, AI capabilities, or modern digital platforms will be highly beneficial.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across business units, engineering, architecture, vendors, PMO and senior leadership.
• Provide line-management support and coordinate cross-functional project teams.

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience delivering AI-related or emerging-tech projects.
• Background within regulated or financial services environments.
• Experience delivering end-to-end IT projects within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong capability in managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change.
• Solid understanding of modern technology delivery, digital tools, and next-gen platforms.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Planner, SharePoint, and Teams.
