Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Azure & On-Prem Networking) - Outside IR35

We are a leading IT services consultancy looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage our Azure environment and on-premise networking infrastructure.

This is a hands-on, on-site role where you'll play key part in maintaining and optimizing our hybrid cloud and physical IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Azure: Deploy, configure, and manage Azure Stack Hub resources and integrate services like Entra Governance. Physical Network Setup: Rack and stack Servers, Switches, and pull/terminate network cabling.
• Infrastructure Support: Collaborate with architects and engineers to support IT infrastructure, and resolve hardware and connectivity issues.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain documentation for all infrastructure elements, ensuring compliance with security policies.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Azure or Azure StackHub and on-premise networking.
• Proven track record in managing hybrid cloud environments.
• Relevant certifications (eg, Azure Administrator Associate, Network+).

Ideal Candidate: Technically skilled in both cloud and physical environments. Hands-on approach to infrastructure management. Proactive and collaborative, with a commitment to continuous learning.
