About This RoleA well-capitalised international investment group is seeking a Senior Investment Professional to join its London office, focusing on greenfield digital real estate and infrastructure investments. The role is being recruited via PER on a confidential basis.This is a highly entrepreneurial position offering exposure to a broad range of transactions across digital infrastructure asset classes - principally greenfield datacentre investments across key international markets.Key Responsibilities:- Originate and assess opportunistic investment and development opportunities globally- Lead financial analysis, underwriting, and preparation of investment committee materials- Manage due diligence and transaction execution processes from inception to completion- Develop relationships with developers, investors, lenders, and external advisors- Monitor portfolio performance and oversee value creation initiatives- Contribute to the development of investment strategy and expansion into new marketsCandidate Requirements:- Significant experience leading greenfield datacentre or digital infrastructure investments (pre-requisite)- Strong transaction execution capabilities and advanced financial modelling skills- Experience across multiple geographies and asset classes is highly desirable- Demonstrated ability to source and execute complex investment opportunities- Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach and strong relationship management skills- Willingness to travel internationally and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentThis role is classified within the Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals industry on LinkedIn and offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced infrastructure investment professional to join a scaling platform.Apply for this Position
