Senior Inquest Solicitor for Healthcare Regulation

Weightmans is seeking an Inquest solicitor to join its expanding Regulatory Healthcare Advisory team. The role focuses on managing inquest files for NHS clients and other organisations, with potential broader healthcare advisory work. It is primarily based in the North West, with some national travel.

Ideal candidates will have 4-10 years PQE, advocacy experience, and a willingness to further develop advocacy skills. Regulatory defence and inquest advocacy expertise are desirable.
