Senior Infrastructure Finance Structurer - Energy & Projects

Morgan Stanley's SPG Lending Europe team seeks an experienced lawyer to join the Structuring and Execution Management Team. On-desk role handling infrastructure finance, including renewables and data centre projects, from underwriting to closing.

You will structure, draft and negotiate loan documentation, security and intercreditor agreements, coordinating with origination, syndication and external counsel while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management throughout the lifecycle.
