Senior InfoSec Engineer

Salary: £55K - £80K (Depending on experience)

Location: Manchester - Hybrid working

Maxwell Bond have partnered with a UK based organisation in the education and training sector, who are looking for a Senior InfoSec Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. You'll be responsible for leading the Information Security, building a security first culture and managing multiple projects, ensuring standard compliances are met.

What You'll Do as Senior InfoSec Engineer:

• Drive information security initiatives, including developing a security plan, managing ISO accreditation processes, and embedding security culture across the business.
• Implement, maintain and optimise security practices across Microsoft, Azure, Cisco, and other tooling, whilst working closely with MSP partners.
• Act as an internal consultant, supporting teams, handling multiple projects and ensuring new business units and services are secure from the start.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven hands on experience in information security, with strong technical expertise across cloud platforms and enterprise security tools.
• Strong understanding with ISO accreditations, security project delivery, and building security programs within growing organisations.
• Ability to influence, advise, and embed security culture throughout a dynamic and fast paced business.
