Beach Baker is recruiting a Senior Surveyor / Associate-level Industrial Agent for Bristol's leading industrial and logistics team. You will develop client relationships, manage key instructions and advise on acquisitions, disposals and development opportunities across Bristol and the South West.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in industrial/logistics or commercial agency, strong client-facing and negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to BD.
