Senior In Vivo Unit Lead - People & Compliance

IQVIA Laboratories seeks an experienced Unit Manager to lead a small rodent animal unit at Portishead. You will ensure ASPA compliance, maintain welfare and records, and supervise technical and husbandry staff while liaising with scientists and veterinarians.

The role requires Home Office PIL eligibility, NACWO/NTCO readiness, and a hands-on management style. Travel to site daily and out-of-hours coverage may be required. A biological sciences background is preferred.
