Senior HSQE Compliance & Environment Lead

Our client is seeking a Health & Safety, Quality & Environment Compliance Manager to join their Pan Island Risk and Compliance Function. This full-time role is primarily based in Jersey and Guernsey, focusing on HSQE compliance, reporting to the CEO, and shaping the culture across the organisation.

You will lead the HSQE team, manage regulatory relations, maintain ISO standards, oversee budgets, and work with senior management to improve policies and performance across the islands.
