Senior HRBP: Transformation & Unionised Operations

YTL UK is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across the YTL Group to shape and deliver the people strategy in operational and engineering areas.

You will lead transformation activity, support operating model changes, culture development and leadership capability, ensuring colleagues are supported and set up for success through change. The role requires strategic partnering, data driven decision making and a calm, credible presence.
