Senior HRBP, Europe - Strategy, Talent & Change

BlackLine is seeking a Senior HRBP to partner with business leaders across Europe, including our VP, Engineering, and to support 12 European countries. This role blends deep HR expertise with data driven insights to shape talent strategies that enable and accelerate the growth of BlackLine employees.

As one of two Senior HRBPs, you will forecast talent needs, close skills gaps, lead OD initiatives and internal mobility, and drive strategic people and business initiatives across the region.
