Senior HRBP - Multi-Site FMCG (9-12m FTC) Car Allowance

Aspion in Reading and surrounding areas is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to work across multi-site manufacturing sites. The role is a 9-12 month FTC with travel UK-wide, focusing on shaping people strategy, engagement and culture, and providing commercially minded HR leadership.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders, drive organisational change and deliver pragmatic HR solutions with a strong emphasis on data and stakeholder management.
