Senior HR Shared Services Lead - Safer Recruitment

Esland is seeking a HR Shared Services Lead to run a team of six, owning safer recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration across the employee lifecycle. You will safeguard DBS checks, keep records inspection-ready and drive first-time resolution for managers.

You will own procedures, metrics and service delivery, coaching two HR Administrators and four Onboarding staff, and you will partner with the HR Director and senior leaders to improve processes and data quality.
