Job Description
BT Group is recruiting a Senior Manager, HR Service Delivery to lead the operational delivery of reward and people services across the UK and India, reporting into the Work & Reward leadership. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of around 50 colleagues with eight direct reports, delivering annual pay reviews, benefits, pensions and sales bonus processes.
