Senior HR Partner - Healthcare & Employee Relations

The Health-Service-Executive is seeking an experienced HR professional for a role at the Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital in Dublin. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Human Resources and support in delivering best practice HR services to the hospital and its staff.

Key responsibilities include advising managers on HR policies, participating in recruitment and workforce planning, and providing an advisory service.
