Location: EMEA Office Eschborn
Language Requirements: High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the EMEA region, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a strategic role, supporting HR operations across EMEA. The successful candidate will drive HR initiatives in talent acquisition, compensation, training & development, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring the company's people strategy aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Leadership & Support: Provide strategic HR guidance across the Europe Division.

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage recruitment processes, ensure compliance, and build strong talent pipelines.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee benefit enrollments, compensation structures, and performance review processes.

  • Training & Development: Lead onboarding, training programs, and career development initiatives.

  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Maintain strong associate communication, resolve HR issues, and enforce HR policies.

  • Facility & Office Management: Support workplace safety and ensure smooth office operations.

  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate personnel records, support payroll, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

What Our Client is Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in HR, management operations, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related major is preferred.

  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of HR systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), and labor laws in Germany and an understanding of payroll processes.

  • Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

  • Certification: CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred.

  • Key Competencies: Strong leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.
