Job Description
Sigmar Recruitment is partnering with a leading meat packing manufacturer to recruit a Senior HR Manager for their Roscrea site, onsite only.
This full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (39 hours). You will lead HR across the site and additional locations, handling payroll, recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
You will collaborate with safety, quality, and operations, and build strong relationships with shop stewards.
