Senior HR Manager - Ireland & UK Leadership

CREGG is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their growing organization in Shannon, Co. Clare. This full-time position is primarily office-based and will oversee HR functions across Ireland and the UK, focusing on employee relations and performance management.

• Develop HR policies and programs
• Support senior leadership in people-related initiatives
• Foster a positive workplace culture and effective employee relations

• At least 5 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
