Senior HR Functional Analyst SAP HCM (French speaking)

Assignment

• Full-time
• Duration: 11 months
• Start date: ideally 01/02/2026
• Extension possible beyond end of 2026
• HR SAP CARVE-OUT project

Work Arrangement

• Partial remote work possible
• Minimum 2 days/week onsite in Gosselies (mandatory)
• Additional onsite presence may be required occasionally
• Driving licence and car required (site not easily accessible by public transport)
• Occasional travel to other sites possible

Context

The HR Functional Analyst SAP HCM will join the IT SAP Business Analyst team to support the existing organization in the context of an HR carve-out project.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and formalize business requirements
• Write detailed functional specifications (DFS)
• Lead and facilitate business workshops
• Create UML sequence diagrams based on BPMN provided by the business
• Contribute to solution design and analysis
• Build/configure validated solutions in the development system
• Execute functional and integration testing
• Participate in migration activities
• Produce and maintain project documentation

MUST HAVE

• Senior Functional Analyst (5+ years experience)
• SAP HCM Payroll ECC6 expertise (5+ years)
• Experience in SAP Payroll migration projects
• Strong experience in functional & integration testing
• UML & BPMN knowledge
• French: C2 level
• English: minimum B1 level

SHOULD HAVE

• Test management tools (HPQC or equivalent)
• Modelling tools (Sparx EA or equivalent)
• SAP technologies: IDOC, Enhancements, User Exits, Debugging, BADI, Fiori
• Experience with Joint Committee 326 (Gas & Electricity industry)
• Experience in CARVE-OUT projects
