We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to shape anddeliver people strategies that drive business performance across high impactfunctions. You ' ll act as a strategic advisor tosenior leaders while leading our Recruitment function to attract and retain toptalent.

With expertise in talent, employee relations, organisationdesign, performance, and change, you'll enhance leadership capability, improvethe employee experience, and support company-wide people and cultureinitiatives.

What you'll do Strategic HR Partnership
  • Serve as the strategic HR partner to seniorleaders, providing insight on people strategy, organisation design, change, andtalent to drive business performance.
  • Lead workforce planning and continuous HRimprovement, ensuring recruitment and people strategies support growth,engagement, and operational effectiveness.
Talent, Development & Recruitment Leadership
  • Overseethe Recruitment function, ensuring high-quality sourcing, selection, andonboarding.
  • Developrecruitment strategies that support business objectives, employer brand,and diversity goals.
  • Drivesuccession planning and identify high-potential talent across thebusiness.
  • Guidemanagers on performance management, career development, and teamcapability building.
Employee Relations & People Experience
  • Actas a senior point of contact for complex employee relations issues,ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution.
  • Supportinvestigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Change, Transformation & Organisational Effectiveness
  • Leadcomplex change initiatives, including restructures, capabilitydevelopment, and operating model redesign.
  • Applychange management best practice to ensure successful adoption and strongstakeholder engagement.
  • Partnerwith Finance on headcount planning, budgeting, and workforce costmanagement.
  • Monitorpeople-related spend to ensure alignment with priorities and financial frameworks.
  • Providereporting and insights that guide resource allocation and organisationalplanning.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a HR Business Partner , leadingcomplex functional areas and delivering strong capability across employee relations,talent, performance, and organisational development
  • Exceptional influencing skills , with the ability to shape decisions atsenior and enterprise level while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality,and strong stakeholder relationships
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering HR strategies that alignwith business objectives and drive measurable performance and cultural impact
  • Strong leadership in change and transformation , includingdelivery of cross-functional projects in fast paced, high growth, and ambiguousenvironments
  • Advanced analytical capability , including interpreting people metrics,generating insights, and presenting data-driven recommendations to seniorleaders
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively in time sensitiveenvironments with shifting priorities
  • Experience with modern HR technologies , including emerging AI tools
