Senior HR & Employee Relations Lead (Multi-Site Childcare)

Complete Childcare Ltd is seeking an HR & Employee Relations Specialist to oversee ER across 17 nurseries and pre-schools across Berkshire and Oxfordshire, with travel to sites. The role leads a small HR team and partners with managers and the executive team to shape policy and practice.

Based at the Aldermaston head office, you will work Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00, with travel across our settings. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is essential.
