Senior HR Advisor - Regional Growth & Multi-Site Impact

Bannatyne in Solihull is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our Midlands region. You will provide practical HR guidance, manage a varied caseload and partner with GMs and regional leaders to shape a positive people culture across our clubs and spas.

The role offers autonomy, regional influence and a clear path to more strategic HR responsibilities. 1-3 years' HR Advisory experience and CIPD Level 3 are preferred, with opportunities for development.
