Senior Housing Officer: Tenancy & Community Leadership

Derby City Council is looking for a Senior Housing Officer to oversee a Housing Management service aimed at delivering quality service to customers. The role involves leading a team, managing tenancy breaches, and fostering relationships within the community.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 months' experience in social housing, strong communication and organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of tenancy management.

This is a full-time position based in the East Midlands, and the salary ranges from £34,434 to £36,363.
